Christina Trujillo Sieren, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience helping adolescents, young adults, and families navigate emotional and behavioral challenges. With a deep commitment to trauma-informed care, Christina specializes in treating anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidality, and family conflict. Her approach blends traditional therapeutic techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with somatic and mindfulness-based practices, including yoga and meditation.
