Gracie Bishop specializes in working with adolescents, offering therapy that integrates a blend of creativity, introspection, and psychological techniques. With nearly 10 years of experience in community mental health and substance use treatment, Gracie’s approach is rooted in curiosity and profound self-reflection, helping clients address the barriers that prevent them from living fully. She draws from a variety of therapeutic methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), to meet the diverse needs of her clients.

Gracie earned a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Holy Names University in 2015 and furthered her studies in clinical psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute, where she specialized in depth psychology. This strong academic foundation informs her holistic and thoughtful approach to therapy, which resonates with individuals of all ages.
