Primary Therapist

Lindsay Hall is an associate marriage and family therapist specializing in adolescent mental health, with expertise in disordered eating, substance use, anxiety, and depression. Her therapeutic style emphasizes validation, empowerment, warmth, and skill-building to help teens develop healthy coping strategies and improve overall well-being. She uses a holistic, culturally informed approach, combining systemic family therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and therapeutic art interventions to promote lasting change and strengthen relationships.

Lindsay holds a master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from The Chicago School and is pursuing a PsyD. As a doctoral fellow in the Minority Fellowship Program, she is dedicated to ongoing research, professional development, and community outreach. Lindsay is committed to ethical, evidence-based practices that foster a safe, supportive environment for adolescents to heal and thrive.
